Bio-Kult Everyday contains live bacteria that complement the intestinal flora naturally present in the digestive system of a healthy person.
Bio-Kult Everyday is an advanced, scientifically developed multi-strain formula that contains 14 live bacterial cultures, designed for the digestive system. Bio-Kult Everyday does not require refrigeration and is suitable for various uses. The 14 live bacterial strains have been shown to survive the high acidity of the stomach.

Each capsule contains: 2 billion live bacteria (2 x 109 UFC), viable over the entire shelf life, equivalent to more than 10 billion per gram (>1 x 109 UFC).
Bio-Kult Everyday is easy to administer: the capsules can be dissolved and mixed in water and food, without affecting the viability of microorganisms.
Bio-Kult Everyday contains soya and milk, used in the fermentation process. The low-level milk content shall not affect lactose intolerant sufferers.
Bio-Kult Everyday does not contain: gluten, artificial colors or flavors.
Presentation: box with 1 blister of 15 capsules or box with 2 blisters of 15 capsules.
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1-2 capsules once or twice daily with food. Bio-Kult Everyday capsules can be swallowed whole or the contents can be mixed with food or a drink.
If taking antibiotics: Take 1-2 capsules twice daily, ideally at a different time from the antibiotics. Continue for at least 2 weeks after finishing the antibiotic course.
For travel: One week before travel, follow the general usage instructions. During travel, take 4 capsules daily. Continue for at least 1 week after the end of travel.
Children 3-11 years: Take half to 1 capsule once or twice daily with food.
Pregnancy: Bio-Kult Everyday is suitable for use during pregnancy, but consult your doctor before taking any dietary supplement.
As with other food supplements, consult your doctor before use if you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
This product is a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat, at a temperature below 25°C, in the original packaging.
