Albert Einstein

This Code of Conduct Handbook (link to PDF file, 2.55 MB, updated November 2023) is the standard of conduct for Prisum Healthcare that must be complied with by all of the company’s employees in order to prevent situations that may adversely affect the day-to-day business and/or the company’s image, but also so as our business partners and company members may be certain that Prisum complies with the highest standards of business conduct.

We believe that our passion in pursuing our goals, the inspiration we hope to have with the choices we make and the courage that defines us in taking on the responsibilities of each and every one of us - are the necessary ingredients for a healthy development that would comply with high standards of integrity with a positive impact on the employees, company and on the environment.

Each employee has a responsibility to read and understand this handbook and to operate on behalf of the company, in accordance with the values and practices contained therein. As a result, this document applies to all employees of Prisum. Supporting Policies and Commitments

Alongside our Code of Conduct Handbook and Supplier Code of Conduct, Prisum Healthcare has adopted a number of dedicated statements that set out, in greater detail, the principles we apply across specific areas of our activity. These documents reflect the same values that guide our Codes of Conduct, including integrity, transparency, accountability and respect, and are intended to help our employees, suppliers, partners and the public understand the standards we uphold every day.

Our Marketing Policy and Ethical Commitment (PDF, 0.25 MB, file version July 2026) sets out how we promote our products and services responsibly, ethically and transparently. It describes the principles governing our interactions with healthcare professionals and healthcare organisations, our approach to educational and scientific activities, and our standards for honest, accurate and evidence-based communications. Above all, it reaffirms our belief that commercial objectives must never compromise ethical conduct, scientific accuracy or patient safety, and that every marketing activity should ultimately serve informed healthcare decision-making and the wellbeing of patients.

Our Government Affairs and Political Engagement Statement (PDF, 0.25 MB, file version July 2026) explains how we manage our relationships with government authorities, regulators and public institutions with integrity and full compliance with the law. It confirms our commitment to political neutrality - refraining from political contributions and lobbying activities - and describes how we participate responsibly in professional associations and prevent conflicts of interest. Through these principles, we reinforce our commitment to responsible corporate governance and to a fair, transparent and well-regulated healthcare environment.
