Introduction
The purpose of this commitment & plan is to provide a clear and practical framework for verifying Prisum Healthcare formalized donation/sponsorship commitment. The plan outlines the company's commitment to ensure that it is effectively integrated into its strategy and will be successfully maintained for long term.
Commitment Overview
The company is formally committed to donating the equivalent of minimum 2% of revenues* to charitable causes & meaningful projects (in the health & social systems) each year (including in kind product donations) to support charitable organizations, social enterprises, healthcare organizations etc. As long as the company continues to be profitable, its commitment towards supporting such causes remains valid year by year as part of its long-term sustainability strategy. Although this commitment was not formalized, Prisum Healthcare has been actively contributing towards society & healthcare system continuous improvement for more than 30 years.
Desired Impact: To contribute to proving Prisum Healthcare’s values beyond the company, namely into society, environment, communities and other stakeholders.
This commitment will be publicly disclosed on the company's website, intended to inform all stakeholders.
Implementation Plan
An implementation plan has been developed to guide the execution of the commitment.
A. Short-Term Timeline
Immediate Impact: The commitment is implemented with immediate effect, reporting it on a quarterly basis. Yearly donations/sponsorship will be reported by the end of the year for the financial and non-financial report.
B. Responsible Parties
CEO and managing team: Responsible for overseeing the commitment's execution and integration. The Managing Team will make sure that the donation commitment is fulfilled.

Challenge: Identifying the most suitable environmental and/or social/healthcare projects as well as the most credible beneficiaries.
Contingency: Collaboration with environmental & healthcare NGOs, experts, patient’s associations etc to identify the most meaningful & impactful projects.
