The Donează Oxigen campaign, initiated by Prisum Healthcare and carried out together with Agent Green, continues after seven years of activity as a social responsibility project dedicated to protecting Romania’s natural environment. Through this initiative, Prisum Healthcare aims to create an open platform that companies seeking to support this cause in a concrete way can join.
Through a simple mechanism, the campaign gives consumers the opportunity to contribute to saving forests, protecting biodiversity, and preserving clean air. To date, Prisum Healthcare has donated more than RON 500,000 to Agent Green, the non-governmental organisation that manages the funds and directs them towards environmental protection projects and actions.
“Donează Oxigen began with a simple conviction: forests are essential to life. After seven years of campaigning, we want this project to grow and become a platform in which more companies choose to take part. Romania needs forests, and protecting them is a shared responsibility,” said Ionela Nicolau, CEO of Prisum Healthcare.
A key element of the campaign is its openness to the business community. Donează Oxigen is a Prisum Healthcare initiative designed as an open platform for companies that want to contribute to saving Romania’s forests.
The funds raised through the campaign are managed by Agent Green, a non-governmental, non-profit environmental protection organisation established in Romania in 2009. Agent Green focuses its work on investigating environmental crimes, exposing abuses, and initiating and supporting positive change in areas such as biodiversity, climate change, and the protection of natural areas.
“Every company that joins the campaign can turn an ordinary commercial gesture into an act of responsibility. Donează Oxigen shows that the business community can play a real role in protecting nature when involvement is sustained, transparent, and focused on positive impact,” added Gabriel Păun, President of Agent Green.
The campaign can be identified through the Donează Oxigen logo displayed on participating products. Consumers are encouraged to look for products bearing this logo and, through their purchasing choices, contribute to protecting Romania’s forests.
