Prisum Healthcare achieves B Corp certification September 2026

In April 2026, Prisum Healthcare began the B Corp certification process, guided by the conviction that a high-performing company should create value not only for its shareholders, but also for people, communities and the environment.

Today, Prisum Healthcare has officially achieved B Corp certification, following the rigorous assessment process conducted by B Lab.

B Corp certification both honours and confirms the way Prisum Healthcare has chosen to do business.

Over recent decades, the role of companies in society has been redefined: from Milton Friedman’s view, in which generating profit for shareholders was defined as the primary objective of a company, to a model proposed by Ken Blanchard, in which business creates value for employees, customers, communities and shareholders, while also taking responsibility for its environmental impact. This is also the philosophy behind B Corp: business as a force for good.

B Corp certification involves a comprehensive assessment of how a company operates and the impact it generates. The evaluation covers, among other areas, corporate governance, relationships with employees, impact on communities and the environment, the treatment of customers and partners, and the organisation’s level of transparency and accountability.

Achieving certification confirms that Prisum Healthcare meets B Corp standards for social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency in its communication with employees.
